Paul Devoille Distillery has a rich history of producing high-quality spirits since 1859. A variety of herbs are used to create a unique flavor profile that is distinct from other absinthes on the market. Wormwood herb, which is essential to the production of absinthe, is carefully selected and blended with other herbs such as, anise, star anise, fennel, coriander and liquorice, to create a balanced and flavorful spirit. The distillery takes great pride in their process, using traditional methods that have been passed down for generations. Each batch of absinthe is carefully monitored to ensure that it meets the highest quality. With over 150 years of experience, they truly are experts in their craft.
