Delivery
- For each order, after applying discounts, if the purchase amount is HKD $450 or above, you can enjoy free delivery service.
- If the purchase amount is less than HKD $450, a delivery fee of HKD $80 is required.
- Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses and covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories (excluding: Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, outlying islands, and restricted areas).
- Delivery service is not applicable to: non-fixed addresses, border restricted areas, outlying islands, hotel rooms, docks, warehouses, and delivery addresses that cannot be accessed by elevator.
- For orders placed and paid for by 6 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and upon receiving an email confirmation, we will deliver to your designated address within 3-7 working days.
- This service might be affected by seasonal factors (like Christmas and New Year holidays).
- After placing an order online, once accepted, we will confirm the expected delivery time and date with you.
- If there are any special delivery requirements, please specify in the "Shipping Remarks" section during checkout. Our customer service will contact you for detailed arrangements and to discuss feasibility.
- If there are any changes to the delivery address or chosen delivery time after placing the order, please notify us immediately for arrangement.
- Our home delivery service does not include moving the goods inside the house. Thus, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that might occur during this process.
- When a typhoon signal is hoisted, or a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or if we deem the weather conditions unsafe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.
- If you fail to receive your order due to missing the initial agreed delivery appointment or providing an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee.
- All delivery dates and times are estimated. We are not responsible for any losses or damages due to delivery delays.
- If you fail to receive your order due to missing the initial agreed delivery appointment or providing an incorrect address, we will charge an additional delivery fee of $100.
- In case of any disputes, we reserve the final decision right.
In-Store Pickup Service
- Orders for in-store pickup will be delivered to the specified store according to your selected time slot after confirmation. Delivery time might vary based on actual conditions; please refer to the arrival notification as the standard.
- Once the goods arrive at the specified store, we will notify you. Please ensure accurate contact information; we are not responsible for any failures to collect orders due to inaccurate contact information.
- An order is available for free pick-up within 7 days from when the customer receives the pick-up notification (also known as Free Pick-up Period). An additional fee may be charged to the customer and collected by the Retail Store for any order being picked up within the next 3 days after the Free Pick-up Period (also known as Late Pick-up Period). *Day will be counted towards the Free Pick-up or Late Pick-up Period only when the Retail Store is in operation for the self pick-up service.
- Please collect your order within 10 days of the arrival notification, or it will be considered abandoned.
- When picking up, please provide the order confirmation email from our company to verify the contents of the pickup. Make sure the collected items are correct before leaving.
- Store opening hours might change due to specific circumstances; the above information is standard.
