Shipping Policy
Free delivery is available for orders over $450. Purchases of $449 or below will incur a delivery fee of $80 for most areas of Hong Kong.
Delivery will be made within 7 business days after order is accepted and payment is completed. The service may be affected due to seasonality (public holidays & etc).
Delivery time-slots are either before 6pm or 6pm-10pm.
If you live in a flat without elevators, we kindly request you to come to the ground floor to collect the parcel.
If an inaccurate address was provided, we reserve the right to charge you additional shipping fees.
If a No. 8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning is hoisted, we will try our best to arrange delivery on the next working day.
Restricted Areas:
We cannot deliver to areas where vehicles are restricted, with the exception of Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. The latter two locations, along with Tung Chung, has a delivery fee of $150 or free delivery with purchases of $1500 and above.
If your assigned shipping address requests addition shipping costs from our courier, we will inform you of further details.
If for any reason the package could not be received, we may arrange another delivery at an additional cost or arrange pick-up at one of our shop locations.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a refund policy if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. We do not accept any liability from the shipping company for any damages incurred in transit. However, we will exchange or replace damaged products if we feel that the damage warrants an exchange. Only products that have not been used and are still packaged will be exchanged. Our Return & Exchange Policy is only available within one month of initial purchase.
