Honey Wine "Mead"
Honey Wine (or traditionally called "Mead") is an alcoholic beverage created by fermenting honey and water. Mead was produced in ancient history throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. It is one of the oldest and most versatile form of alcohol known to man. The yeast used in mead making is identical to that used in wine making. This tasty wine beverage can be served chilled or with ice. You can also try this mixed with different vomFASS liqueurs, such as our Elderflower Liqueur or Lychee Liqueur. For sangria lovers, try using our Mead as the base wine (replacing red or white wine) to create a Honey Mead Sangria!
