The classic from France is a sharp table mustard. The production is subject to a strictly defined recipe. Mustard seeds from Burgundy are used, which are then soaked in Verjus, an acid juice from unripe grapes, before further processing. The Dijon mustard goes well with warm and cold meats & poultry, seasoning stews, sauces and vinaigrettes.
