Fig trees are the oldest crop plants to be domesticated by mankind, and have always played a major role in our history. We have created this creamy fig delicacy which is amazing used in meat marinades, as a dip for a cheese plate or to refine a variety of sauces and cuisines. It is not only delicious as a dip and for barbecue sauces but is also the perfect seasoning for Asian cuisine. Try it with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella; to marinate red meat; with grilled vegetables, meat, or seafood. Also good with Camembert cheese and vanilla ice cream.
