The 'almonds' from the kernels of approximately 100kg Moroccan argan fruits are roasted, carefully pressed in small presses and filtered, in order to create around 1 litre of this oil.
It is well-suited for Oriental dishes, game meat and savory salads. This organic oil is also famously used as a natural skin care and especially popular for hair treatment.
Heat Point: Heating up slightly only (for baking, < 100 °C)
