Boost Your Immune System, Naturally!

During the winter season, it’s easy to get sick. By adding 2-3 tablespoons of our Fruit Balsamic Vinegar to a glass of drinking water, you can naturally boost your immune system!

In general the mixing ratio is around 1:10, Vinegar to Water, however you can adjust accordingly to taste. Alternatively, you can even use tonic or soda water as a substitute and if you find the mixture too sour, try adding some of our Honey in as well!

Historically, vinegar has not only been used for cooking, but also considered to have medical properties. Vinegar is made from different foods that have high sugar content. With the help of microorganisms, these sugars get fermented and are convert into acetic acid.

Different vinegar types would vary in taste, color & texture, but the one common theme among all vinegar is its beneficial properties and antioxidants. And as a bonus, since our Fruit Balsamic Vinegars are made naturally from the namesake fruit, you’ll get all the health benefits from that fruit as well!
